Made to order

Every pair of Livra-Libre shoes is made by hand, to order, in a family-run workshop in Portugal. Please allow 2½ to 3 weeks from your order for your shoes to be made and delivered: around 7 working days to make them, then 5 to 8 working days for delivery. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.

Where we deliver and what it costs

We ship from our workshop in Portugal to the UK, the European Union (except Cyprus) and the United States with UPS, and we will email you a tracking number when your order is on its way.

Delivery costs depend on your destination and the weight of your order: from €10 to the UK and EU, and from €17 to the US. The exact cost for your address, in your currency, is shown at checkout before you pay.

Import duties and taxes

Orders to the EU are sent from within the EU, so there are no customs charges. Orders to the UK and the US may be charged import duties or taxes by customs when they arrive, and the courier collects these from you. They are not included in our prices or delivery costs.
